Momentos del desarrollo del taller realizado en instalaciones del Hotel PratFuncionarios del Gobierno Regional iniciaron una serie de capacitaciones sobre “Diagnóstico Territorial y Análisis Prospectivo”, dirigida por Erik Salas, PhD. en Ciencias de la Ingeniería, Diplomado en Planificación Ambiental y Consultor del Programa de Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo PNUD en Uruguay.

Estas capacitaciones tienen como objetivo la instalación de capacidades metodológicas en los funcionarios del Gobierno Regional para el desarrollo de diagnósticos rápidos y construcción de escenarios prospectivos, lo que les permitirá mejorar sus capacidades durante el avance de la Estrategia Regional de Desarrollo Tarapacá 2020 ERD.

La segunda etapa de la capacitación tendrá lugar en el mes de mayo, donde los funcionarios tendrán la posibilidad de diagnosticar a profundidad la realidad de la Región y los posibles escenarios que se pueden llegar a presentar y que deben ser tenidos en cuenta en esta nueva “ERD”.

La Estrategia Regional de Desarrollo Tarapacá 2020, es desarrollada por el GORE con la cooperación técnica del PNUD a través de su oficina local en Iquique donde se encuentra como Coordinada la Socióloga, Blanca Yáñez Berrios, los cuales están realizando más de 30 talleres de participación ciudadana de los 54 propuestos para la ERD, que permitirán conocer las ideas y sueños de la ciudadanía de la Región que queremos para el 2020.
