  • En el marco de la Estrategia Regional de Desarrollo Tarapacá 2020
  • La actividad se desarrollo en Pica, el miércoles 25 de Noviembre, con una positiva participación de las comunas rurales.

Con las palabras de bienvenida, expuesta por la Gobernadora del Tamarugal, Gabriela Hip Hidalgo, con la presencia del consejero regional Hernán Saavedra y del Alcalde de Pica, Iván Infante, se desarrollo en la comunidad de Pica, el “Taller para la Planificación Regional y Local de Tarapacá” la que reunió a más de 30 participantes, entre representantes de las municipalidades de Alto Hospicio, Pica y Pozo Almonte, el Jefe de la División de Análisis y Control de Gestión, Santiago Vera,  la Jefa del Depto. de Pre-inversión, los  profesionales de la División de Planificación y Desarrollo del Gobierno Regional y académicos de la Universidad Arturo Prat.im000270 copia

La jornada de análisis, se ejecuto en el Hotel Santa Rosa, comenzando con la exposición del jefe de la DIPLAD, Iván Escares, quién entrego los avances y desafíos de la “Planificación Regional y Local de Tarapacá”, luego correspondió el turno de la Coordinadora Regional Programa Tarapacá 2020, PNUD/GORE, Blanca Yáñez, quién  entregó los resultados del Diagnóstico Regional y Tendencias del Desarrollo Regional.

Bajo el cálido sol del Tamarugal, los académicos de la Universidad Arturo Prat, Juan Podestá y Francisco Pinto, expusieron el tema: Diagnósticos y Lineamientos estratégicos para una política de desarrollo rural de la Región de Tarapacá.   Finalmente, se desarrolló  un trabajo de comisiones, cuyo  objetivo fue recoger aportes desde los equipos comunales y validar los instrumentos de planificación,  “la región se construye desde sus territorios, en este sentido las comunas juegan un rol fundamental para el desarrollo futuro que anhelamos, es por eso, la importancia de estos espacios de reflexión que nos permiten articular las visiones de los planes de desarrollo comunal con los objetivos estratégicos de  Tarapacá al 2020”.
