  • Visualizando los escenarios tendenciales y alternativos de Tarapacá

Con la participación de más de 25 expertos de la región de Tarapacá, pertenecientes a sectores públicos y privados, en conjunto con profesionales de la DIPLAD (División de Planificación de la Región de Tarapacá), se realizó el 6 de noviembre, en el marco de la de la estrategia regionmonohotelgavina copiaal 2020, el “Taller Prospectivo con expertos”, teniendo por objetivo la construcción de escenarios tendenciales y alternos, para la región de Tarapacá. Efectuándose la actividad en el Hotel Gavina.

El encuentro con expertos, estuvo a cargo de Iván Escares, Jefe de la División de Desarrollo de la Región de Tarapacá, en compañía de Roberto Rebolledo, Jefe del Departamento de Planificación y Ordenamiento Territorial, ambos pertenecientes al Gobierno Regional, más Blanca Yáñez, Coordinadora Regional del Programa de Tarapacá 2020 que se desarrolla conjuntamente con el programa de Naciones Unidas y el GORE (Gobierno Regional).

ACTIVIDAD

Se dio inicio a la jornada de trabajo  labor  de las  comisiones mixtas, comenzando con la metodología de trabajo de “Cartografía de Recursos Regionales”, que tuvo por objetivo visualizar los escenarios tendenciales, para luego exponer dichos análisis. Además, las mismas comisiones, trabajaron en la construcción de escenarios alternativos, generando una plenaria donde se presentaron dichos trabajos.

Al final de la jornada de trabajo, Iván Escares, Jefe de la DIPLAD, agradeció la  colaboración a los expertos participantes, destacando la importancia de mirar y pensar en la región desde distintas perspectivas, “esto debe  ser un ejercicio permanente de aprendizaje regional, la Estrategia Regional de Desarrollo de Tarapacá  es el punto de partida y depende del compromiso de los actores públicos y privados que se cumplan sus objetivos”.
