El día viernes 3 de julio, en horas de la tarde, se realizó la entrega oficial del primer informe realizado a partir del proceso de participación ciudadana organizado por la Estrategia Regional de Desarrollo (ERD) que realiza el Gobierno Regional de Tarapacá con la cooperación técnica del Programa de Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo PNUD.

 

foto para web intendenta 2Este informe consta de la memoria final que reúne la síntesis de los 58 talleres y 22 entrevistas a informantes claves, donde participaron más de 500 personas de toda la región de Tarapacá, entre zonas urbanas y rurales, las cuales plasmaron su opinión sobre la región que quieren y necesitan.

Durante el acto, realizado en el Salón Jorge Iturra del edificio de la Intendencia, representantes de la dirigencia vecinal y de los facilitadores que desarrollaron el proceso, entregaron el documento a la Intendenta Subrogante de Tarapacá la Sra. Myriam Escobar Alanis y al Representante del Consejo Regional,  Rómulo Contreras.

La Sra. Myriam Escobar explicó la gran importancia que tiene para el Gobierno Regional el desarrollo de la Estrategia ya que ésta dirigirá el camino a seguir hasta el año 2020 y recalcó la necesidad de la participación ciudadana de la región en este proceso, teniendo en cuenta que es la primera vez que la región tiene la oportunidad de desarrollar su propia estrategia de desarrollo.

La entrega de este informe es solo el primer paso para nuestra estrategia, este proceso continua desarrollando varias etapas más en donde el apoyo de PNUD en la contratación de consultores expertos en distintas materias nos permitirá conseguir información relevante para el análisis prospectivos que estamos desarrollando, indicó Iván Escares, Coordinador y Jefe de la División de Planificación y Desarrollo del Gobierno Regional.foto para web facilitadores

Luego de finalizado el acto, se procedió a la entrega de la certificación a los 32 profesionales facilitadores que participaron organizado y llevando a cabo los talleres, los cuales luego de la experiencia quedaron muy comprometidos con esta tarea.
