  • Las comunas del interior de la Región participan con su visión para la ERD Tarapacá 2020

Los Talleres de paticipación ciudadana en las zonas rurales del interior focalizaron la consulta en diversas localidades de las citadas comunas, en donde los dirigentes y socios de las diversas organizaciones manifestaron sus sueños en torno al desarrollo de sus respectivas comunas insertas en el contexto regional.

 

Una de las propuestas transversales a todas las comunidades es el desarrollo del turismo, de intereses especial, mediante el potenciamiento de los recursos patrimoniales, culturales y riquezas naturales propias de cada comuna, como por ejemplo: los monumentos históricos, parajes naturales, sitios arqueológicos, circuitos históricos y la riqueza de la tradición cultural aymara.

Otra de las propuestas está orientada a poner en valor los recursos agrícolas que produce cada comuna y que logra cubrir gran parte de la demanda interna mediante la integración directa a los circuitos comerciales, entregar valor agregado a los productos, invertir en el mejoramiento de infraestructura agrícola e innovar con técnicas que permitan optimizar recursos.

Las dificultades planteadas por los pobladores dicen relación con el aislamiento geográfico, la débil  conectividad vial y comunicacional, la baja presencia de los servicios públicos en la zona, la falta de pertinencia de los programas aplicados, la falta de servicios básicos como electrificación, alcantarillado o atención de personal médico especializado de forma permanente.

En el trabajo realizado en la zona comprendió en total diez localidades: Pozo Almonte, La Tirana, Mamiña, Huara, Tarapacá, Sibaya, Camiña, Moquella, Pica, Cariquima; En todas ellas se destacaron la proactividad de los vecinos quienes han desarrollado iniciativas de autogestionadas que van en directo beneficio de toda la comunidad, por ello solicitan mayor apoyo para ampliar el impacto de estas en sus localidades.

Estos son algunos de los resultados de los talleres donde se plantearon muchas alternativas y compromisos que sin falta estarán presentes en la próxima estrategia que nos ayudará a potenciar nuestra región hasta el año 2020.
