Dirigentes y vecinos entrevistados, sueños plasmados en dibujos y tarjetas, grabaciones, fotografías y por sobre todo una imagen clara de la región que se quiere en nuestras retinas, fueron parte del resultado de los talleres de Participación Ciudadana en Alto Hospisio Sur y Bajo Molle.

 

 

Fue así como los facilitadores que trabajaron estas zonas (Daniela Sepulveda, Andres Pereira y Marco Fernandez) emprendieron la tarea de conocer a las personas que habitaban en Alto hospicio Sur y Bajo Molle. "Ellas no dudaron en mostrarnos la realidad en la cual viven y así, casi sin darnos cuenta, comenzamos a conocer sus expectativas, sueños y anhelos para nuestra región, siempre dejando de manifiesto la importancia de ser escuchados y la esperanza de un futuro mejor" explicaron los facilitadores.

Todo un recorrido por los distintos lugares, calles, poblaciones, rostros, aromas, niños, mujeres de trabajo, plazas, desierto, mar, colores, verduras, frutas, micros, colectivos; eso es Alto Hospicio, un conjunto de potencialidades a explotar con éxito y en pro de los ciudadanos en los próximos años.

En Bajo Molle, frente al pacifico y con el desierto a sus espaldas encontramos una vista inigualable, privilegiada para muchos y amenazada para otros, zona industrial y residencial donde deben convivir los vecinos con la contaminación de las fábricas aledañas. 

"Entramos, de lleno, a una zona ansiosa por ser escuchada y repleta de sueños y proyectos estancados" indicaron los facilitadores. Bajo Molle cuenta con grupos de mujeres altamente conscientes de su rol y fuertemente organizadas para cumplir sus objetivos; grupos ambientalistas, juntas vecinales, y colegios, todos ellos participando en forma activa y entusiasta.

En Alto Hospicio Sur, en medio de la Pampa de nuestro desierto -árido y, en ocasiones, florido y multicolor-, nos encontramos con vecinos reacios e incrédulos ante nuevos proyectos y estrategias que buscan construir nuestra nueva región.

Sin embargo durante los talleres confiaron un abanico de sueños, algunos, más lejanos, a nivel país; y otros, cercanos, relacionados con su entorno inmediato, siendo la problemática latente, sin lugar a dudas, es el gran flagelo de la drogadicción y el microtráfico. 

"Por otra parte, fuimos gratamente sorprendidos por el entrañable amor de los vecinos por su región y, especialmente, por su comuna. Este hecho nos hizo tomar mayor conciencia del gran desafío de nuestra Estrategia Regional de Desarrollo frente a este grupo humano, colmado de sueños y esperanzas, para el futuro inmediato y para el de largo plazo" explicaron los facilitadores.
